William R. Gilmour B.Sc., Geo

Mr. Gilmour is an accomplished geologist with extensive experience in exploration of all kinds of mineral deposits. He is the current president and co-founder of Discovery Consultants, a geological consulting firm located in Vernon, British Columbia. He has served on the boards of several junior exploration companies. He has served as a director of the company since June 2010.

Arthur W. Lilly, CA

Mr. Lilly has many years experience in auditing and managing public companies. He was senior partner in a local chartered accounting firm and later was president and director of Highwater Power Corporation, a reporting issuer on the TSXV. Mr. Lilly currently serves as the company’s CFO and Corporate Secretary and is Chairman of the Audit Committee. He has served as a director of the company since July 2007.

Robert B. MacGillivray

Mr. MacGillivray has been a director of over 50 private companies and three real estate general partnerships. He is president and director of MacGillivray Management, a private investment holding company with diversified holdings. He currently serves as an independent member of the audit committee. He has served as a director of the company since April 2004.

Mohan R. Vulimiri, M.Sc. P. Geo

Mr. Vulimiri has many years of public company experience having been involved in the management of numerous junior and established companies. A graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology (IT Kharagan, India) with a BSc Honours Degree in Applied Geology and a MSc Degree in Economic Geology from the University of Washington, USA. He has over 30 years experience in the exploration and delineation of ore deposits with emphasis on structural controls and modes of occurrence of mineral zones. Mr. Vulimiri has been a director since June 2011 and currently serves on the audit committee as an independent member.

Scott M. Ross, Ba (Hons)

Mr. Ross has been the president and Chief Executive Officer of the company since March 2010 and a director since 2009. From 1988 to 1999 he served as Manager, Development for Canlan Investment Corporation, a reporting issuer on the TSX.V. Since 2001, he has served as Vice-President and Director of Rosstree Capital Corporation, a private investment holding company and is currently a director of Prism Resources Inc., a reporting issuer on TSX.V. He also serves as a member of the Audit Committee of Prism Resources. Mr. Ross has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queens University, Kingston, Ontario.
