Bearclaw Capital Corp. is an exploration stage company and has no operating revenue. Expenditures related to mineral exploration re capitalized. During the year ended December 31st, 2012, the Company capitalized $60,962 (2011 – $127,517) of expenditures related to its mineral poperties and a breakdown was provided in Note 8 to the financial statements. Exploration work in 2012 mainly related to the Lov property and the Rey Lake Property.
